01 · The method

Start from a base. Work it for a season. Don’t do it alone.

  1. 01 · Start

    Start from the base.

Secure Attachment — the primer the whole system runs on. It ships the day you join.

  2. 02 · Work

    Work the season's protocol.

Each season has a focus — its protocol. We shape it from how the cohort says the season's landing, then build the season around it. The cohort steers the protocol; it never touches the chemistry.

  3. 03 · Together

    Run it together.

The protocol premieres for the whole cohort the day the season turns — digital first, then the printed edition in your next box. You're moving with people doing the same work.

A few honest questions each season, read across the space. Anonymized, never sold, never analyzed for ads.

02 · What you get

the formulas, the protocol, the spaces.

  • The formulas

The base you always start from, plus the season's focus — yours to swap, yours to keep.

    Two a season, with rollover.

  • The protocol

A printed edition each season — the season's protocol, made with the cohort. Real pages, yours to keep.

  • The Spaces

The live spaces, IRL and digital, where the cohort meets when you feel it. Somewhere to put the burnout down, together.

03 · Over time

It compounds, season over season.

Skin keeps seasonal time — about three months is how long a protocol takes to do its work, and for you to feel it. So nothing resets between: what you answer this season shapes the protocol you get next; the formula you don't finish rolls over; the printed protocols stack on your shelf.

You don't start over every season. You pick up where the last one left you.

04 · The fair questions

The questions we’d ask too.

Can I pick my products?
Every season starts with the base — Secure Attachment, the primer. The second is the season's focus — but it's yours: swap it for any product, any season. Stocked up? It rolls over.
How much is it?
$72 a season — about every three months, on the real seasons. Pause or skip anytime.
Can I pause, skip, or leave?
Any time, one tap, no reason needed. No contract, no term, no minimum — you keep whatever's already yours.
Is this just a normal subscription?
At the billing level, yes — billed each season, pause anytime. The cohort and the seasons are what make it more than a box.
What happens to what I share?
If you add your voice to a season, we read it as a room — anonymised, never named, never sold, never for ads. Delete it any time. And you're never asked anything to join: sharing is always optional, always after.
Can I just buy once instead?
Yes — any product, once, no rhythm. The Shop's right there.

The founding edition

You're not late. You're first.

The base ships the day you join. The first edition — Volume One — is being made right now, with the founding cohort. It lands late summer.

05 · Join the rhythm

Three things, every season.

A formula to start from. A protocol to work it. People doing it with you. $72 a season — pause, skip, or leave whenever.

And you become a Regular — not a subscriber. The kind a place keeps a seat for. Joining the rhythm is how you get into the Burnout Lounge, the back room for people already doing the work. Without mud, there’s no lotus.”)
