Every bottle in the final production run is final sale. We’re a small team hand-shipping the last of what we made, and we aren’t able to take product back — so please start where it hurts most, and start with one if you’re unsure.

• This policy covers purchases made at selfmade.skin. Products bought from third-party retailers follow their policies.
• Refill shipments can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime — that part is always in your hands.

If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll make it right. We just need proof of purchase and a photo — email hello@selfmade.skin with your order number.
