We want you to love your products. We know we won’t make everyone happy all the time, and we gladly accept returns for purchases made within 21 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We’re a small business striving for healthy boundaries, so a few things to keep in mind:

  • Only items purchased at selfmade.skin are eligible for return here. Products bought from third-party retailers follow their policies.
  • Purchases outside the 21-day window aren’t eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Shipping costs for buyer’s-remorse returns (changed your mind, wrong address, ordered by mistake) are the customer’s responsibility. If your order had free shipping, that cost is deducted from the refund.

What's not returnable

  • Items not purchased at selfmade.skin
  • Items without a receipt or order number
  • Items beyond 21 days from purchase
  • Apparel, accessories, and trial-size products — final sale
  • The Welcome Glove (hygiene)
  • Gift cards, and shipping/delivery fees

How to start a return

Email hello@selfmade.skin with your order number to start a return. We may ask a couple of questions about your order and experience, and then we’ll guide you through next steps.

Damaged on arrival

If your package or merchandise is damaged on delivery, we’ll replace it. We just need proof of purchase and a photo of the damage — email it to hello@selfmade.skin.
