Privacy policy

This policy describes how SELFMADE STUDIO, INC., a Delaware corporation (“selfmade,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit selfmade.skin, create an account, or purchase products.

Browsing: a single visitor_idcookie keeps your anonymous session state across visits. We don’t run third-party advertising or session-recording analytics.

Account & orders: your email, and the name, shipping/billing address, and order history needed to fulfill purchases and run subscriptions. Payment-card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

The world: if you visit the Burnout Lounge, we record the fact of in-world actions to run the experience — never the text of what you tell the bartender or your sign-up answer for ads or profiling.

To fulfill orders, run subscriptions, send transactional email (order and shipping updates, magic-link sign-in), answer your questions, and improve the site. Never to retarget you for ads. Your bartender answers and sign-up answers are never analyzed for advertising.

We share personal information only with the providers that run the service:

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions
• Resend — transactional email

Each accesses your information only to perform its task on our behalf, and we remain responsible for their handling of it. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or harm, or protect our rights.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. California residents have the right to know, port, and request deletion under the CCPA. Email hello@selfmade.skin and we’ll handle your request within 30 days.

The site isn’t intended for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
