selfmade.skin is operated by SELFMADE STUDIO, INC. (“selfmade,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or the Burnout Lounge — browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase — you agree to these terms, conditions, and policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

An account is required to purchase. We use magic-link sign-in (no passwords) via email, so keep your email account secure. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your orders and reach you when needed.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order — for example, orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. If we change or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you using the contact details from the order.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your full card details. Subscriptions renew on the cadence you choose and can be paused, skipped, or cancelled anytime from your account. Returns follow our 21-day returns policy.

selfmade is a provider of content and products in the health & wellness space. We are not a health-care or medical device provider, and our products and programming are not medical advice — only your physician or licensed provider can give you that. We make no claims, representations, or guarantees that the products provide a physical or therapeutic benefit.

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and barrier-supporting, but they are not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are using prescription treatments, consult a dermatologist or your physician before use. Any materials we publish are for general information and are meant to support — not replace — the relationship with your healthcare providers.

If you send us ideas, comments, or other content (for example, in reviews or community spaces), you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish it. You agree your content won’t violate anyone’s rights or contain unlawful or objectionable material, and you’re responsible for what you submit.

The site, the formulas, the world, the writing, and the brand are the property of SELFMADE STUDIO, INC. unless attributed otherwise. Please don’t copy or resell them without permission.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, selfmade and its team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes get an email notice to active subscribers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
