Where we ship
Right now we ship within the United States only. More moves are coming — subscribe and we’ll let you know when shipping opens up.
Processing + speed
Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll get a confirmation email. It takes a few business days to process and fulfill your order; when it’s on its way you’ll get a follow-up email with a tracking link. Standard shipping is 4–10 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
Subscriptions ship on the cadence you choose, and you can pause, skip, or change the date anytime from your account.
Cost
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Free-shipping threshold to be confirmed before launch.
Damaged in transit
If your package or product arrives damaged, we’ll replace it — no sweat. Email hello@selfmade.skin with your order number and a photo of the damage and we’ll sort it out.
